Tubes of fluoroplast 4-Д are intended for electrical insulation of gear systems in various climatic conditions and are designed for the temperature range from minus 40 to plus 250 0С. The tubes demonstrate high chemical stability in various aggressive media.
They are used for transportation of gases and liquid aggressive media under pressure, in heat exchanger manufacturing, as electrically insulating materials and other corrosion-resistant and electrically insulating articles. Tubes having other diameters and wall thicknesses can be manufactured by agreement with the customer. Tubes with the inside diameter in the range from 10 to 25 mm can be custom made.
Wet calendered film is used for electrical, chemical and electrochemical insulation of wires, cables and articles as a sintered coating forming a monolith.
The range of service temperatures is from minus 60 to plus 250 0С.
