Seals of TEG: foil, sealing tape, gasket material, gaskets, sealing rings (over 300 dimension types), graphite monofilaments and braided packing.

Braided gland packing of TEG; technical specification 2573-002-12058737-2000

It is intended for sealing of pumps, valves, stirrers and other movable joints in the following media: overheated steam, crude oil, light-oil and heavy-oil products, gaseous and liquefied hydrocarbons, acids, alkalies, salt melts and solutions, organic substances (phenols, ethers, amines e t. c.), liquid and gaseous oxygen. It is produced of TEG filament. It is widely used for sealing of packing boxes of centrifugal and piston-type pumps. It is available with cross-sections ranging in dimensions from 4х4 mm to 32х32 mm and the density of 0.8 – 1.3 g/cm, and is reinforced with PET filament, brass or stainless wire. The packing can be impregnated with fluoroplasts for friction reduction.

It is produced of the best natural high-purity macro-crystalline graphite according to a technology which has been developed and patented by the specialists of our company using automated production lines. It does not contain asbestos or any other binders.

Sealing rings of TEG; technical specification 5728-001-93978201-2008

They are intended for sealing of valve rods, centrifugal pump shafts and similar equipment used in chemical, oil-refining, power-generating and other industries.

They are used as friction-type bearings due to their extremely low coefficient of friction.

Sealing tape; technical specification 5728-012-93978201-2007

It is produced of roll foil ofГФ-1andГФ-3grades by cutting on a slitting machine. The typical dimensions (width) are (mm): 6.1;6.5;12;15;17; 21;27;30; 32; 40; 65 - in spools up to 150 m. Tapes of 3 types are produced: plain, corrugated and reinforced for using with threads.

Graphite gasket material; technical specification 5728-004-93978201-2007

Non-reinforced and reinforced graphite gasket material (ГПМ) is produced.

Applications

- production of flat gaskets for flange couplings;

- sealing of vessels and apparatuses operating under pressure;

- sealing of internal combustion engines.

Non-reinforced graphite gasket material is graphite cardboard 0.8 – 4.6 mm thick which is produced using a binder or without it. It is available in 1000х1000 and1500х1500 sheets.

Reinforced graphite gasket material (technical specification 2577-004-12058737-2002) is produced of graphite foil or cardboard by rolling it together with a plain or perforated reinforcing constituent 0.15 – 0.20 mm thick. As a reinforcing constituent, carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium is used. Production of integral gaskets with the width of 1000 mm and the thickness of up to 2 mm containing one layer of graphite is possible. The mechanical properties of the material ensure its flawless service if used for sealing of media having pressures up to 20 MPa.
